Honestly I'm always so happy when parents share their kids' interests. I know my own family don't give a flying toot about Dan and Phil and would stage an intervention if they knew how much time and money I give to them. So your posts and enthusiasm always gives me so many fuzzy feelings

He really stalks fan artists like Vic and Maddox. But it's funny that out of all of Vic's art he liked that. She makes fanart almost everyday.
He can really do a liking spree coz most of the fan artists were requested to create Phan/YOI au.

Twitter, especially the artists in Incaseyouart's circle, has definitely combusted in response to that. Ofc it might not mean anything etc, but they're feeling pretty vindicated in their shippy art on top of everyone else melting into the trashcan.
Thank you for the compilation, felucca. Just watched it even though I've done little today other than watch everyone's videos from last night (aching now from two days running to Ireland and back, fangirling from the sofa is about all I'm good for). It's amazing how many times you can watch them do The Internet Is Here, not just them but I love the tune so much, it's so warm and upbeat.

I want to reply to this to brag about my Mom a little bit.... She doesnt really understand who d+p are but she knows I like them, and pretty much gets the "fan" life. But she's walked in on me making deppy edits and she was excited for me when TATINOF came out and the book and stuff. My Mom is cool.

I'm sorry for going fully off topic, but we're trying to organize a berlin meet up on sunday 5.30 pm before the evening show. so many people have talked about meeting up, but we think it might be nice to get everyone together, instead of having many little groups

I can't wait for the liveshow, I might actually explode from excitement. All I can think about is that if I wasn't around in the phandom/in here to see these little good moments, I wouldn't know they happened, and when good deppy stuff happens it's pretty much the only highlight in my life, so I have so many feelings right now, even if I haven't posted them, you guys are eloquent enough

But his explanation doesn't fly with me. Firstly, going with a 'charity' like that tells me he either really doesn't care about the citizens of the countries he travels to or he's genuinely that dumb. Considering he kept his reason for being there so secretive makes me suspect that it's the first; he knew it was shit so he didn't bring t up until he had to and he didn't care. He got what's basically a free vacation and edgy vlog material to make some money.
Secondly, not disclosing why he was there is not where he went wrong. He went wrong by going there at all. He still willingly let himself and his videos be used a propaganda, he funded the DPRK by visiting by visiting their fake 'nice' things, and he was okay with making his ignorant viewers belief that the North Korea isn't that bad after all. It's why I can't stand people saying 'Well he couldn't be negative because they might punish him' because he literally has no business being there in the first place.
