I had a moment of delusion where I was like 'Japan! They're in Japan, they're... watching Planet Earth and hibernating in Japan!', but I guess you're probably right... Though it still feels a little strange to me that they wouldn't meet up with Bryony and Wirrow like normal if they were both in London, and seemingly still perfectly friendly, and Bryony and Wirrow seemed to want to be doing something. I half wonder if they're not tucked up in a little isolated holiday home somewhere to recharge? Or would if they showed any indication of not finding their own home the most perfect, restful place to be. In the middle of London. So, third possibility: they're stressed about (un)packing and not suitable hosts, if I'm fully committing to this 'moving' train... Buuut all of this is unfounded, fanciful garbage, so Just throwing some thoughts around to give me something more to post than my New Year's wishes! Which:

It was such a perfect plot twist. If you'd asked me in the beginning if I thought it looking like "Sorry to Phil" was in any way legitimate I'd have thought no fucking way, it had to be something different. Finding out what the front of the card said really did change the entire perception of it. Ahhh I love it. Hats off to everyone involved.

On the card reading being borderline too creepy: while I kind of agree in a way this is a Dan and Phil forum, not tumblr. Anyone who goes on it should know that we over analyze everything and pick apart them to better understand their relationship. We're not shoving it in their faces either since it's a separate website. all I'm saying is if we start having morals there will be no more #lubegate and that's the only thing that's keeping me going

This is basically what I meant but written 1000 times better. I tend to get more uncomfortable if we start making empty accusations (Phil being a rapist was literally a guru gossip discussion and it was based off of nothing????) or if speculation starts to get a little too mean (again I only experienced this on guru but like the Dan gaining weight discussions got so nasty sometimes). But the beauty of this forum is that we all seem to come from a nice place, plus it is easy to skip some discussions if it makes you uncomfortable

First of all, congrats to everyone involved in figuring out what the card said! Truly one of our best moments.

Secondly, happy new year everyone! I haven't had the best year, one of my worst ones I daresay, but everytime I refreshed the threads and found that a new post had been made, my heart was filled with a bit of happiness. Everyone is free to say when they are uncomfortable with something, be it deppy or idb related, we may not agree, think it's extreme but it doesn't mean we should feel attacked or ignore that opinion, it's even better when we can see things from different pov.
Having said that imo they gain money from yt,they know their fanbase, if they card was something important they could have hidden it, so at the cost of being "cynic" it's not the best thing but nothing bad, but I can understand feeling unconfortabe with it, frankly, sorry everyone involved, it's just a boring topic for me.

SO basically your Juno sign tells you what your Soulmate will be like and Phil's Juno sign is in Capricorn which means his soulmate is organized and meticulous and Dan's is in Aquarius which means his partner will be funny creative and unique and I know it's all bullshit but I thought that was adorable #soulmatesconfirmed
