RE: Phils Sexiness. I am much more attracted to Dan than I am to Phil but I would rather marry Phil in a heartbeat. He does seem like the best husband material. Dan should lock him down quick (unless he already has..) I could stare at Dan all day long though and he just seems to be getting more attractive.

I am really shocked that they haven't uploaded agar.io yet. They really didn't record many gaming videos did that. It will be June before we get Undertale..

Back on the Phil's sexiness aspect. I am also more attracted to Dan. (Shameless attraction to him for years.) However, Phil is definitely ideal husband material. He is definitely someone I could bring home to my parents and get their approval from them. I don't know if it's because he's just a little older but there's something about him. I can also see him being an adorable Father. Maybe it's the security of Phil, has two degrees a little older and such.

I think he actually is though. I mean, I don't think the AP qualities of his personality are entirely fabricated, but I think they are well balanced by an actual adult who enjoys horror movies and scary books, gruesome gory tv shows, and dark humor. I know Martyn runs D & P's merch shop in addition to Chris and Carrie's. Their merch shop is under IRL Digital LTD which Martyn co-founded. According to IRL Digital LTD's website, "IRL Digital specialise in helping YouTube talent deliver the merchandise their fans want. We offer clients full creative control of their product, and handle everything from design, manufacture & logistics, to sales, ecommerce, fulfillment and customer service." Its a fairly new company with their only clientele seeming to be D & P, Carrie, and Chris.

I don't think Phil would leave YT after the tour. Dan and Phil are essentially a package when it comes to marketing. You can't market one without the other. Also, a lot of their content is collabs on one another's channel. Additionally, what would happen to their gaming channel if Phil were to just stop YT.

In the instance of if Phil were to leave I would think the following things. We could argue the fact Phil is nearing 30 and wants to do other endeavors besides youtube. I would assume he would still stay in the media producing/video/film area since he has a masters in video postproduction.

To me, it doesn't seem like a 'smart' business endeavor for Phil to just take off from YT. The two are really selling themselves as a brand with the book, tour, merch, and so on.

phil is a hot and sexy man(without even trying, probably hiding his sexyness). i cant believe you people think you would marry him when i exist in this world(fight me danny boy).
dan is "common" just like any other young boy. Cute, plain, nothing special, he knows how to control all his angles though. wouldnt look at him twice on the street otherwise.

as for their heights. i can rant about it for hours. Dan is not more than a couple of cm taller than phil (maybe not even that much). There is certain situation (radio show) and shoes that make him appear taller. He looked a bit shorter that bry (6.5) but that is not making him 6.4. In thomas sanders vine he looked a bit shorter that the third guy who was 6.6 that does not make him 6.5. Please watch the ddr challenge and all your questions will be answered. They are both in socks and standing as straight as they can. They are almost the same height. Also Pj says he is 6.2 and phil is a bit taller that him. Everyone is 6'2'' . Screw inches, feets and whatever, use cm, life is easy. My bet, phil is around 1.88-9cm and dan 1.90-1cm. They are tall yes but not as tall as dan likes to think He doesnt have a problem with his tallness and he doesnt try to make himself shorter he constantly prides about his (their everything is "their" for dan)height, you all hear him in liveshows?? Look at him and his clothes. He thinks those jeans are flattering?? Those shoes?? The yeezy beige jumper can cost 10mil but its still terrible no matter what dan thinks. He is so delussional.

and before i forget. as i took the time to log in, let me trash dan a bit more(but please consider this as constuctive critism not hate ok? ). I know its difficult for people to hug strangers and i understand it but dan needs to try a little more. He says how much he loves his fans but everything he does screams "i hate all of you". He treats his fans like they are deseaced peasants during the m&g and after the show when he leaves he is THE queen of the universe screammign "deify me my little minions praise me and lick the ground i walk i have a documentary to film and i have to look nice LOVE ME LOVE ME LOVE ME". With dan wearing flat shoes and Phil standing up straight their height difference is less than an inch. When is someone taking measurements in the M&G!!!?

Yeah I really don’t think that the height gap is as big as some people think. They have said multiple times that Phil slouches a lot, and that makes him look less tall. Add to that, that Dan likes wearing shoes with big soles and then you get a bigger height difference than I think actually exists.

Good point about the height, it seems shoe soles and perhaps slouching etc have a lot to answer for.

What you say about Dan doesn't ring true for me. He does seem self-conscious of his height, though for size in general he's very slim. I think his skinny jeans look fine. Could do with sitting in the right place at the top, though. The yeezy jumper has grown on me, he looked cute as hell at the YT Summit, though he looks great in a normal-sized tshirt and jacket too.

Is he not friendly in the M&Gs? He seems lovely to everyone, really warm saying hello and goodbye to the crowd, and they both seem to be half-hugging younger girls so as not to be too touchy. When there's awkwardness it's usually in close-touching poses and I can understand that. He has a bit of a script, but he is a quiet introvert who performs well, so I just see it as partly a performance. Waving like a starlet after the show is something I find adorable, acknowledging everyone with waves and smiles when they could just stride past and dive into the car.

Taking himself too seriously and thinking himself more than he is reminds me of me. I think he is talented with things like comic timing and facial expressions, his voice acting has got pretty good and he's a fairly good writer (thought his fanfic was overly wordy, though). I've worked on a creative thing for so long, it means the world to me and I take work seriously enough that overthinking it gets in the way. I feel very self aware and I think Dan does too (he certainly knows of all his fails), though maybe it's to the point of not seeing the woods for the trees. Anyway, I think I get where he's coming from.

There's something about Phil's skinny and pale bony shoulders along with everything else. In some ways I preferred him bigger (always noticed his butt when he laid on his stomach, jeans are baggy now), though then we didn't have the full power of his cheekbones, but there's a gif of him putting up a tent at Reading and just the way he moves He's great with kids at the M&Gs, I particularly remember him stepping in when a little boy knocked into the screen behind them he made sure the kid was okay and reassured him that he's done that a few times too. He cooks, though also steals the cereal and sweets, and he's messy. Yeah, not perfect. Might have to work on the eating problem, I don't know how he's got so skinny if he really does that all the time.

You say ''pale and bony'' like it's a bad thing. Also, my ''ideal husband qualities'' aren't quite so heteronormative (don't think I want kids ever, thank you very much), though I can't speak for everyone. He seems responsible, caring, and sweet, and like he has a good head on his shoulders. Obviously this could just be the image he wants to project and could secretly be a serial killer (I think cora808 would be secretly into that, no offense) but friends and strangers also speak highly of him, so idk.

You and danphil333's unbridled dislike of Phil and Dan respectively are an endless source of amusement to me, but I don't think I will ever fully understand how you can dislike a famous person you don't actually know..particularly when they haven't done anything to actually warrant this dislike (besides being a bit pretentious, in Dan's case, or in Phil's case, people suspecting him of being a reformed child groomer or something. )

I honestly don't know why my friend said Dan had 'bad boy' vibes. Def not a D & P fan and scoffs any time I mention them. The only comment she made at one pint was, "Tell him to stop wearing black it makes him look intimidating." Not sure if intimidating is the best word to use, he looks like a string bean covered in super dark soy sauce half the time.
Anyways, back to the Dan talk. It most likely is a coping mechanism the whole "wearing all black to reflect my soul etc" most likely to fit his whole internet persona on his channel of "I'm alone!!!1!!1!! I have no friends i never leave the house etc." Dan tries to have this sarcastic odd persona he drenches himself with online but really he's just a soft undercooked soy sauce covered string bean.

In addition to the whole M & G aspect, I firmly believe Dan is somewhat of an interesting introvert. Despite his whole persona of 'omg i hate the world, never leave house, hate everyone', he does still crave attention and wants to be noticed of his work. Phil is quite different than Dan, Phil is extroverted yet somewhat poised and more reserved. M & G's do seem hella awkward though. Not to mention meeting tons of adoring fans all at once in a short amount of time. I don't know how the meet and greets work or how long they are. my ideals definitely aren't heteronormative either seeing as im neither female nor heterosexual, and they're less my ideals and more of what is generally considered to be a husband thing, my points more about phil having very general qualities and being neither overall better or worse than dan but he's undeniable husband goals for, like, being a nice person sometimes. i don't really see any qualities really worth the hype and title. just say you have a crush on his saggy, hip young history teacher trying to make learning fun with bad youtube cartoons jeans, you don't need to hype him into being some model man or something

When I watch Dan I see him as a very self-aware person who, rather than being arrogant or overly confident in his talents, actually has quite a few insecurities especially surrounding his work and possibly his physique (doesn't help that people kept commenting on his weight gain a couple of years ago). I don't see him as someone who wants his fans to worship him or thinks of himself as above them.
I'm not always a fan of his fashion choices but I can understand the style that he's going for and accept that, while it's not for me, he likes it.

That's in theory I guess, my ideal husband qualities are "dorky, makes me laugh, allows me a lot of alone time, smart, and kind". I guess Dan can come live with us too, when I marry Phil, because Phil might need cuddles when I'm in a misanthropic stage.
