Phil, talking bout an online shitstorm?! Whaaaaa?! (tho he did sort of just pour oil all over it. - which is fine, because a LOT of people were flinging teddies out of prams aaaaaaall over the damn place...!)

I did pick up on the "neighbours hate us, landlord could kick us out" comments...
Apart from that, it was just a nice chilled out LS. Yay!
Two things though - another "fuck you!" to YouNow (get used to it!) - and Philly, Y U NO TUMBLR-STREAM IT?!

I liked the story about the family all buying his mum an Iphone. And that she was psyched about having Google Maps aww

So, summary of the LS if you missed it:

- Essentially he (aka they) spent a week of games & duvet.

- Conveniently ignored any EU TATINOF messages, although a lot of people were asking about it. He also said that his parents were visiting London next month, so...

- Watched Zoella's candle haul video.

- OPINIONS on Youtube guidelines. Who is this Phil and why do I like him this much? EDIT: He said Dan's videos shouldn't be affected by this.

- Was disappointed they didn't see any scary beast in Australia.

- "We" watched the Olympics while having breakfast in Australia.

- Dil's coming up next, and we should expect a DINOF and a AP video next week.

- DINOF 8 is probably for the second half of November. He wants to make a baking video and Spooky Week is a possibility.

- He wants to see Hamilton, and he kind of regrets he didn't book any Cursed Child tickets.

I didn't catch the landlord and neighbors thing because my internet went off for a minute.

I really liked this live show. Phil was so chill and more open than usual- I hope that whatever has changed with him stays - he's seemed more "present" lately and I love it.

Thoughts:
His excitement over possums and raccoons was adorable
Phil is glowing because he's pregnant- made me laugh
The hotel situation- if they stayed in apartments and he shared with Dan than what was the video rooming situation about?
He made an Evan Peter's comment and there were a few moments he said something that sounded like it would normally come from Dan- I don't think they switched Twitters- I think they are just becoming the same person

All in all- the live show was missed and I loved it 10/10

Yeeeeeeeeees. If you asked me a year ago what my favourite content of theirs was, no WAY would I have realised it was liveshows but it totally is.

That one was great too - relaxed, honest and casual. So much 'we' as well

It sounds like for the majority of the Aus trip they were in apartments but for the DITL they were in a hotel.

I only caught the end. He was so energetic. Loved it. He said we a whole hell of a lot. they got the speakers. Going to themselves evicted. Guess they will have to buy a house so they can watch movies with the right volume. The only reason to buy one tbh.

Im curious about the apartment thing everone is talking about. Didnt see that. Hopefully some was able to record it and can put it on yt.

Actually really enjoyed that liveshow!! Phil was actually quite enthusiastic, and it lasted for pretty much the whole hour for once! Reminds me how much I've missed them.

Missed the first 15 minutes of the LS because I completely forgot it was Sunday and they would be back. Hopefully that means we will be back on normal schedule so Dan will be doing one on Tuesday.

I love this Phil. He is always really chatty when he hasn't done a LS in a while. He just looked really happy and Glowing like he said.

I can't wait for a new Dil. Can't believe I am saying this but I really miss him. It is his Birthday on 24th September I can't see them aging him up again. He hasn't had a bloody kid yet or done anything with his life! They need Dil around for as long as possible.

New AP and DINOF soon. AP is totally just going to be a funny story of something that happened in Oz. No idea what Dan's could be.

both of them are filming new main channel videos next week. he made it sound like they actually have a schedule or something . i bet my left leg it will be either spon for the youtube red documentaries or something for the stand up to cancer charity

Back from the dead with a liveshow summary.

Had been to Singapore as part of a trip to Australia when he was younger, and humidity was similar to Hong Kong.

Hoovering is fun and liked washing the car when living with parents, but hates other kinds of cleaning esp. dish washing.

Koalas smell of menthol.

Dan doesn’t have pneumonia any more.

Has missed doing liveshows. He said this several times and actually stayed for almost an hour so I believe him. Maybe he doesn’t hate them as much as we thought.

Dan is more scared of spiders than he is. He was paranoid from making the AmazingPhil video when they first arrived, flushing the toilet before using it and checking shower drains, but got over it towards the end.

Moon cakes in Hong Kong. Got himself and Dan mixed up; said he had bought the moon cakes then corrected himself because Dan bought them.

Photoshoot for yt red promo took 4 hours. They might have been the first people to use the new Kings Cross creator space. He’s bad at photoshoots “I don’t know what to do with my face”. Tried to look excited and gave toothy grins. The second half of it was “camera chats” which will probably be used for some kind of trailer. To me it sounds like they don’t have any control over how the content will be used. They’re not allowed to tell us what they did for the photoshoot. We might get to see the pictures from it in about a month.

Got really into watching the pole vault. Doesn’t like things which are judged by judges. “Is this person going to make it over this pole… or not? I found that very exciting”

They couldn’t have tour busses in Australia so they stayed in apartments. Everyone was split into pairs to share apartments, he was with Dan. It was more social, but they had to get their own food because there was no room service.
Managed to get souvenirs he planned to get.

Very calm explanation of the youtube demonetisation issue. Not critical of google, but doesn’t defend them either, mainly saying it’s not as bad as some people assumed. None of Dan’s or the gaming videos have been affected, even though some of them contained swearing.
The next video will be a gaming video with Dil. Then next week there will be an AmazingPhil and a danisnotonfire. Said “we’re going to make” like they were both going to make both of them.
Pinof will be in late November.

Spent yesterday replacing the surround sound. The speakers were broken, so he got new ones. They like to watch films loudly, which probably annoys the neighbours.

Watched Zoella’s candle hall, and wanted to buy some for himself but the company doesn’t ship to the UK. Would do a candle hall if they delivered (maybe a joke, maybe not, who knows what direction his content is going in).

Non-matching socks are always chosen randomly from the draw.

Hasn’t booked to see the Cursed Child so probably won’t get so see it for ages. He’s not a “crazy Harry Potter fan”.

Unfortunately my computer crashed so this is where my liveshow notes end. His discussion on the thing he and Dan watched on the plane was interesting. He specifically said something positive about the actress (I think he said she was “nice” but I might be mis-remembering), and mentioned shirtless Tom Hiddleston a lot but didn’t actually comment positively, so no expression of attraction. I think it was more that he noticed how staged some of the shirtlessness was. “ok, he hasn’t been shirtless in a while, let’s have him take his top off and run along the beach”. I find it funny to imagine him pointing out the stripping music to Dan and them laughing at the ridiculousness of modern media together (while also enjoying the view).

He did his classic face for a second which made me think he thought he fucked up a bit there. Could be for two reasons:

1) bit boyfriendy to assume the next time they go to Asia they'll be together and admit that to the chat, given that could be god-knows how long into the future, unless...
2) there's Asia dates of tatinof coming up which he almost spoiled



Unless it's neither of those and I'm just seeing things. It wouldn't be the first time
