Dan the sad reindeer is adorable. He's also SUCH a bad loser, but he does genuinely praise Phil when he does well, so that's nice. Phil trying to play volleyball was priceless, and his bowling throws looked kind of terrifying. For the love of god, nobody take him bowling, he'll concuss someone with a bowling ball.

OK, first off it is 'effing cold as sh*t outside rght know, 22F (-6C) and falling fast...

So I *might* have just listened to "The Internet Is Here" for the first time since I downloaded it. I was at the gym when it came on my iPhone shuffle. It was weird(?) to hear the boys inside my head for the first time (the only other times I've heard the song was at the performance(OK, performances) and YTR. Hearing the song between your ears brings another aspect to it, plus the recording had depth and clarity to it which is something you don't get at a venue, or listening on speakers. I was smiling and laughing to myself (or I hope to myself, otherwise that would have been awkward...)

wow i thought we were passed dan's competitive streak but as soon as phil "sabotaged" him on the tennis game he was seriously triggered lmao just listen to the way he says "PHIL!!!" at 10:17 , that's not hyping up for the camera, that's real anger. seems a bit much imo

this was a fun video and i like that it is something new they haven’t done before.

-They both kept pulling their shirts down all the time. Reminded me of young teens trying to cover their boners. Not saying that is why, just what it reminded me of.
-Phil had trouble figuring out what the hell to do with his hands and stopped himself multiple times from doing the weird backwards hand thing. Aww it’s okay Philly we know you do it, you do you boo.
-I love how even though they are competing they still root for each other. It’s like they can’t help it. Even when they do try and troll each other they still offer suggestions too.
-looking at themselves in the monitor or wherever, very strong in this one...guys the camera is up here. I know you like to look at each other, but please for the love of god keep your eyes on the camera sometimes.

I am DEAD they promised to watch Steven Universe literally months ago and i'm freaking excited they finally did start!!! can't wait for them to watch more so I can get an actual opinion.

Haha that was Human who sent that premium message, she actually sent it before Placebo had started (but yes you're right they did a bloody long section of slow songs that really wasn't fun half way through their set tonight. Shame on you Placebo).

However I did watch the gaming video on my way home and literally had to hide my face inside my coat because I was smirking the whole time. Videos like this are just comedy gold, and they were funny af. I felt so sorry for their neighbours during the hurdle section, let's hope they weren't filming at 1am.

Also, I'm totally late to this convo (soz irl) but I am so here for fun Phil. I wish there was an actual video of him doing those shots from the FS party because that would have been fun. With gamingmas we have definitely seen a more fun side to phil, added into the mix him staying to carry on socialising. It's a side we haven't really seen that much of. Can you imagine someone other than Dan having to put a drunk Phil into an uber to get home and then him not being able to get the key into the door once home! I bet that is hilarious.

In the ls when Dan was talking about wondering why they were asked to go up the stage when they were not in the campaign that has youtubers' faces on buses and stations, do you sense he was salty about it? Loved the new video. I was so pissed Phil didnt win because when Phil wins and Dan's salty it's the most amazing thing ever. Agreed Dans 10m?? throw was hilarious since he tried so hard and it went nowhere Also watching their faces when they were doing hurdles and playing the video in a slower speed was the best 28 min of my life. Another thing I noticed was that Phil looked really thin and slight in this one

Liveshow thoughts: loved it!! We didnt get any dramatic coming outs or moving out (*coughs* told ya) but we got a more relaxed deppy that actually shared opinions and stories in a really nice way. The popcorn story and brandcast were hilarious. As an outsider watching, I really saw how in tune they were with each other throughout just by little movements and sayings. They have a lot of nonverbal communication they do which is more clear when you watch them closely. Also watching how in-synch they were when picking up a tune and Phil being relaxed and teasing Dan or pushing his shoulders when he annoyed him was a lovely!! Also him sharing bits of his wedding, I wanted a whole 10 minutes dedicated to him getting down in the north with his aunts. Now I need a video of him dancing with his cousins

Living for Phil straight up shitting on Dans fave show and not telling Dan that he hated it until the ls. That is such a married thing to do. Also them planning the future shows together because they ran out of shows to watch together Now Im imagining them cuddled under a quilt watching a show with Phils laptop

I loved the fact that Mrs.Lester watched all the rewinds and her fave was the one of her son cuddled on his husbands laps biting his finger (Kat is my type of women )

Like maybe Phil is being polite and lovely but he didn't actually seem as bothered as Dan was. The fact that Dan got mad enough to speak about it on his behalf and call the people out really spoke to me in how he regards Phil and his privacy. He understood that to some extent, Phil was taken advantage of and exposed when he wasn't aware of being filmed. He was so annoyed that he was filmed without him knowing it and felt the need to express that and Phil's giggle was also telling because it showed that he was really pleased by Dan's protectiveness. Something interesting I always notice about their dynamic is that Dan is very protective over Phil, to a point where he will speak up for him in several occasions. It's like he understands Phil fully to know: when he's bothered by something, but less inclined to say something and will do it for him. (think i love you and your bird nose.

Return of Dan being the worst sore loser I have ever seen genuinely made my 2016. Seriously, god bless him. Kinect Sports wasn't the most #domestic but it made me laugh out loud way too many times I probably scared my poor neighbours. The embarrassment on Dan's face when he throws the javelin a meaty 10 metres (especially compared to Phil's 87 metres (euphemisms)), and slapping Phil and failing ping pong. Also, "This guy." I didn't read it as salty, but more of "why are we here if we weren't in that campaign? and now we have to dance?!" YouTube has done plenty with them this year without having to include them in that campaign. At least, that's what I think.

I give today's video a 7/10 and don't really have much to comment on that hasn't already been said.

The better video today was definitely the live-show. It seemed very comfortable and I kind of just mentally (and in the chat) was screaming "MARRIED!" the whole time. It very genuinely felt like a couple of friends invited me to their place and we were just chatting over coffee. Especially around 31:15, when they're talking about Lazy Town and Phil says "I wouldn't listen to that in my spare time." It just comes off as so casual... a convo they'd have on their couch on a lazy night browsing the internet. IDK, man. I really enjoyed it. Both were calm and less obnoxious. What a every day is.

Yes! This! Dan is extremely protective of Phil. I also like that when Dan praises/encourages Phil, he really means it. You can see he cares a lot for Phil and is not afraid to maybe offend some people for Phil's sake . I think that to Dan, it's like only he can 'bully' Phil.
