If you get a response would you mind posting it here, I'd really rather not check their blog on the reg as listening to people encourage fans gaining access to Dan's personal information/conversations is sickening to me. I've reported it to tumblr but my faith in them going away is little. Thanksmermaid blood wrote:So sorry for the double post, but I missed the one above mine - oh my god!
fuck OFF. lmao. going straight to that tumblr to give them an earfull, brb

I've been away and had to read like 15 pages to catch up BUT i just want to say that I loved the newest video and it reminded me so much of their Sonic one years ago. Just the silly bants and casual convos sounded so real and happy to me. I've been impressed with gamingmas so far. Still amazed that they've kept it up so long!
I've missed reading IDB and I love you guys

I loved the new Video. So relaxed and happy, it was like they where glowing. And all those fond little things, it is amazing.
I actually think it would be good if they would be lurking here from time to time, just because I feel like this is giving a very intelligent and nice insight in what their (older) fans think, because this forum is just so civil and fond and reasonable and both good articulated with criticism as we´ll as with love. (I often feel like at least on twitter there is so much spamming of more or less useless stuff and a lot of people are only aiming at "notice me")

It makes me feel sick that they are encouraging others to try and find out his password etc. I can imagine he is freaking out too if it's true. Dan has been so happy lately I want him to remain this way for as long as possible.eevee wrote:If you get a response would you mind posting it here, I'd really rather not check their blog on the reg as listening to people encourage fans gaining access to Dan's personal information/conversations is sickening to me. Even if his password is online, they are still hacking him and it's illegal so I hope he gets the police involved as it's so easy to trace people these days.

i will yeah, but i doubt i'll get a response.
i wouldn't worry guys. there's nothing on the blog that is identifiably dan nor phil's.
they haven't guessed their passwords. all their logins would be random letter and alphabet combos that i'm sure they use a randomiser to change monthly. it's pretty basic web security.
they need to get an after-school job and get off the internet.

tbh i don't really understand why people think deppy might like idb. just because we're a bunch of older fans who don't swoon, squeal and exchange memes, doesn't mean we're better than tumblr or twitter.KlaBimm wrote:I loved the new Video. Just a suggestion; in my opinion (not as a mod, just my personal opinion) if people want to discuss these "hackers" then it would be preferable not to post any links to pages or tweets because it just encourages them to carry on posting.
Off the back of the IDB survey we know we have a lot of lurkers, if links are posted then it just further spreads information around/draws more attention (which is what these people want). Not posting links/information would prevent attention towards these people, hopefully they'll get bored of trying to "hack" dan and just leave him alone.
Just my two cents.

I can imagine the point where he'd go to the unmentionable place to be a nosy fucker and he noticed it's dead and barren like "where did everybody go?!"
If he does lurk here despite our age and how much we fangirl over the videos etc lbr they won't appreciate us. We're filled with pictures, avatars and references to deleted/taboo content that they tried hard to push under the rug. We tear apart and analyse every nanosecond of a video, every vowel and sound. Yes we criticise and often we have intelligent discussions but we are not an innocent forum - but we never intended it to be. We aren't the "Official Dan & Phil Forum" that's under scrutiny. We're a small gaggle of people that created their own community in a very large fandom, and whatever came with that. It just so happens that myself and a lot of other members are from the old glory days of the other place when a lot of historic moments happened, so we can't just ignore it either.

(I often feel like at least on twitter there is so much spamming of more or less useless stuff and a lot of people are only aiming at "notice me")we dissect their videos and analyze every small detail to determine what it might mean, we have pages on pages speculating about dan's relationship with his parents (something he wants to keep private, it appears), we keep tabs on their lies about sharing clothes/their mentions of attraction/other stuff, we have all kinds of #gates e.g. lubegate, busgate... if anything, i think they would be more turned off by older fans who spend their time thoroughly speculating about their relationship than by teenagers being themselves e.g. engaged in harmless shipping and making gifs of cute moments. yeah, we don't try & hack them or harass them on twitter, but we're still being kinda creepy here.
tldr; i really hope they don't lurk here, if you're reading this, dan, pls go away
I guess since we can't really change wether or wether not they lurk, its good that there are somereasons speaking for it and some against.
C'mon now!
Nobody hacked anything. The "passwords" they got were from that other attention-whoring blog. This is most likely her sockpuppet.
Whatever "they" say they got into or found are fake stuff made by trolls, or themselves.
That girl needs her mommy to stop paying her internet bill.

I just rewatched 2014 bishi bashi and I want to echo everyone else about how relax they are nowadays. Now that we've been blessed by post baking vid universe, I can see how tense the air is back then. I wish gamingmas will never end.

This “do they or don’t they” lurking convo always amuses me. You know what…in the spirit of Gamingmas and giving, let’s do a little test.
Ay yo DEPS!
Yeah, we see you.
Hi, hello. Gamingmas is gold, btw. Bless you both. Hang in there, we have faith in you.
Anyway.
IF you do, in fact, lurk, then in the context of any one of your Gamingmas vids, say the super secret password. It doesn’t have to be a big thang, just chuck it in there somewhere. Cool? Okay, so…
The password is…
That’s right. So, yeah. It’s in your hands now, deppy.

So, there we go, guys.
If they do it, then we know. If not, well…then we know they don’t

Hahaha, that would be incredible. But I guess, if they don't say that then we know about as much as before. Silent lurking is probs more useful, because if we knew they're here we wouldn't give that unfiltered stream of opinions anymore, would we?starlight-still wrote:This “do they or don’t they” lurking convo always amuses me. But for real, I think they try to avoid googling themselves and lurking in gossip forums/on gossip sites. Maybe they did once, but I'm pretty sure most somewhat famous/popular people don't keep doing it. It can't be healthy. They probably lurk on tumblr sometimes after they release something to check what people think and that's it. At least I hope that's it because I don't want them to know all the things that are discussed here, I feel really bad when I think about how we dissect their relationship
Dan and Phil, if you read this, please leave and never come back again. Do it for your mental health.

Going to again emphasize what another poster said here (sorry I'm not directly quoting you!!):
Phil entered his name as SEX on the scoreboard at the end
Why is this more incredibly hilarious?!
He just tweeted this: Wasn't there some theory going around that 'pancakes' is code for sex in the deppy household?!

Probably not physically possible, but have fun trying.nephilimcat wrote:And suddenly that tweet loses all its innocence...koalaselfie wrote: He just tweeted this: Wasn't there some theory going around that 'pancakes' is code for sex in the deppy household?!

I'm so happy for Gamingmas. I can now die peacefully.
...I mean, the new vid is heavenly, and I really like Phil stripping the AP brand on the DAPG Channel
Like, he doesn't give a fuck even if he says "ass" right now or whatever. I'm just gonna wait for that one DAPG vid where Dan won't censor out Phil's cursing, but... that's too much, isn't it?

May be it's finally Dan's turn to look like he's dying inside while Phil glows!Philena wrote:Actually, the theory was pancakes=orgasm. Get dat ass, Phil! kuensukki wrote: Overall adored the video, adored cheeky sassy Phil, adored their relaxed touchy dynamic, adored the fact that Dan genuinely appreciated a Phil rec and didnt shit on the game but actually tried to enjoy it for his husband. anathema made a good point that we can't always boil the things these two do for "boyfriends"- i think it undermines the love they have for each other. They genuinely respect each other and try to work around each other and their affections and adoration isn't only () because theyre dating but because their friendship also runs really deep. I dont think what they have can be defined by us, but all the demon phannies and antis can agree on that one fact that these boys genuinely love each other and as of now are the most important in each others lives. The rest is up to interpretation. (just wanted to use a festive emoji okay)
I thought it was waffles, not pancakes? Close enough, I suppose.Philena wrote:Actually, the theory was pancakes=orgasm. Get dat ass, Phil! Probably not physically possible, but have fun trying.
