Yeeeeeeees I LOVED it. This video was as rare as that pokemon: natural Dan with minimal persona since he wasn't doing a dinof and didn't have phil to roll his eyes at.

Really takes me back to my dangirl days, shit like this. He's so easy to fancy (for me) when he's not busy making doe-eyes at someone else

Honourable mentions go to all the Phil mentions, the sweaty face (which gave me thoughts) and as ever his gorgeous wavy hair.

SO, lets talk about pneumonia!

I saw Tatinof in hollywood on June 23th (not M&G). At the time I knew one person who had called out of work for coughing. By the 4th of July I knew about 10 people who flat out had pneumonia in various parts of los angeles. Dan revealed he had a cough when he got home, but thought it was just stress (they got home on like the 2nd or 3rd I think) then doctors said it was pneumonia about a week later when he finally went to see why he was coughing (guys...) I am sorry to say, but we los angelenos gave it to Dan. If Dan gave it to Phil, does that mean LA made phil sick too? I was already feeling guilty enough about dan, I don't want to feel more guilt.

Cute video! It reminded me of that like 1 other time Dan vlogged ('yer a wizard Dan'). He talks so much but its cute. I liked the moment with the ants.

REALLY ENJOYED THE VIDEO!!

Sick Phil wrapped in a blanket and sneezing all night yet Dan still sleeps that close to him (maybe even closer since they most likely pulled apart the beds for filming). I really enjoy Dan vlogging especially when he's not acting DINOFey and the progressive hobbit hair was a beautiful thing to experience

The ending with Phil eating his medicine while Dan makes sure was a very husband thing to do and then Phil bringing up joint custody

Also Dans twitter replies were hilarious for the video

Do you think they purposely showed the beds and even had Phil be the one to say "our room" because they knew about the #bedgate frustrations from the DITL? I always feel like they are aware of the audience and try to please them so maybe being honest and even giving us a full room span for our taking seemed a bit intentional

It is easy to collect the great and ultra balls if you constantly delete all the normal pokeballs (I do that and currently have 107 great balls and 53 ultra balls and 0 pokeballs) but he definitely had about 5 incubators that I saw and he was cracking eggs at every step. I know that feeling when you crack an egg and it's something you already have 100 of, it's so annoying. He was at level 24 in the video and was about the same amount through as me (so close to level 25). I really enjoyed his Pokemon Go video as I liked seeing the more technical side of the game, him showing how to curve ball was fab (an extra 10xp each time you do it) because I don't think that many people know how to do it. Gutted for him that he didn't catch one though, that must be such a disappointing feeling especially as Phil caught one. If I was him I'd be so salty that I missed out, especially as it was in the hotel room.

Re: hotel beds. Imo they couldn't have made it any more obvious they had two beds! Dan filming from by the window just to show how far apart the beds were haha. They really want people to know it wasn't one bed. Phil couldn't have laid any further over to the bed side table if he tried.

I was honestly surprised by how much Dan was sweating - when I saw TATINOF I noticed he seemed to sweat more than Phil, but I wasn't that close to the stage, and seeing this I bet he was sweating a lot more than I realized. But, I'm a sucker for hobbit hair, so I'm not complaining

I loved this video so much! Dan was sassy, poor phil was sick and Dan was being a loving bf. I think this is my favorite pokemon go video of the series!
I think the bed thing was intentional, and I bet you they would push them together at night, though not right now because I don't think dan wants to be sick lol.

Just watched it again and noticed the end card for the previous video is the "Phil Lester, you're a genius" moment, which makes me happy.

About the beds and all - I have a crazy idea. What if they just film whatever the situation is at the time because they stopped caring about what we think about their relationship a while ago? There is seriously no way to make us all happy all the time, so the simplest solution is to just not stress over it lol. There have been many bed scandals over the years, and I think what they have learned is the people who truly have a strong opinion on it will leave, but most will stay, so why put effort into staging anything? I think this is why 2015/2016 has been more relaxed and happy. They gave up trying to control the way everything looks and how they act. (My advice to them as a future MFT in training at least lol)

I loved it, it was great. Wish it was longer and Dan filmed Wowloon more. His monologue was top notch though. Also, sweaty-slowly-curling Dan is no good for my health at all. Like lurktacularr u need a drink, i need an ice bath.
I don't get why Dan still wore a sweater. Like his explanation made no sense. There is an appropriate in-between, between a white t-shirt that gets see-through and a satanist sweater-dress that goes to your knees. Patterned t-shirts are the solutions Dan, for exemple the handkerchief shirt would have been perfect. (Still I think Dan has a good body heat regulation because he really didn't sweat that much considering the weather and what he was wearing).

Interactions with Phil were like always so endearing and cute that it was kinda painful to watch.
And those two single beds? whats up with that? I am not sure what hotel they stayed in (maybe Ritz?) but it was a 4 or 5 stars, that don't give you two single beds separated by 2 centimeters if you take a twin bedroom.

This video was so nice - nice enough for me to waste precious data watching it while my internet was out, even though I'm about to be mostly wifi-less for six days and will undoubtedly end up paying an outrageous amount in data overage fees to keep up with twitter and IDB.

I like every video better when it has both of them, but if Dan was in the mood to go it alone for one then I'm pleased it was still bookended with Phil - and I did enjoy Dan's solo gameplay. Would have been more satisfying if he'd caught one, but then again, might have just resulted in a shorter video if he had.

imo the beds being a little bit pushed apart is one of those situations where they're just hoping the casual fan won't overthink it, which is what plausible deniability and the glass closet are all about! Just enough doubt that people who don't care won't notice and everyone else will draw their own conclusions without them being forced to affirm anything through words or actions.

But lbr those two beds are as close as ones can get without being literally the same bed. No, wait - I take it back - I think the japhan ones were closer. But this is a strong second. And I love it - I love that the comfort level with the audience is there. It makes me even more convinced that they were either sleeping apart in the Australia DITL because they genuinely just needed rest and were keeping each other up (insomnia, sickness, etc) or there was some reason they couldn't snag a double room in that one. Because if one thing's for certain, they don't care if people know they enjoy being together 24/7.

That was a nice video, I liked it though I wish Dan had curlier hair, I won't be satisfied till Dan go full hobbit hair. I appreciate a solo Dan from time to time
